Susan

We had a mini session but Susan was so photogenic and the light was so perfect I just couldn't stop shooting! Gorgeous, gorgeous weather that night... and a gorgeous 16 year old! She doesn't look 16 does she? ;)

Bree Turns One

Bree is turning one! Her birthday is in a few days and Mom was smart by getting the session done early! We had some tears every now and then but overall Bree was so sweet and loved her cake! We got a few different set ups in even through the crazy weather we were having here that day ;) She is so adorable.

Easley Kids

These kids were a BREEZE to photograph, I mean look how flawless they are!

Alex

Alex just turned six recently and his party was LEGO themed!! How fun!

The Wade Family

This family was super easy to photograph. They were fun yet simple! It was my first time meeting the family but not Rodney, the kid's father. He is actually the contractor for our house and that's how I originally met him about 3 years ago. They are the sweetest family and I hope I get to work with them again in the future!

Candice

I haven't updated my blog in months and I don't know what came over me today but I had the urge to kind of "spring clean" my blog. I updated my tabs, the color scheme, and name of my blog... but had one thing missing... a new blog post! So, what do I write about? Where do I start after not writing a blog in over 4 or 5 months? Well, I thought back to a time of change... a time of prosperity. I thought about what session could I blog about that would be a great first post and, well, I thought of none other than my session with Candice Hildebrandt.
Candice originally came to me needing updated shots of her for her website (click here to check out her site!) and I, of course, promptly scheduled her in. I was so excited to meet such a fun spirit and fellow photog.

She is REAL BEAUTY INSIDE & OUT and full of giggles! At our session she and I instantly connected with our shared passion for photography and not to mention her sense of humor! We talked business, we talked life, and we talked hard times. It was like meeting up with an old friend I've never met before! Since this session we have met up twice just to chat and are currently discussing another meet up.
Meeting Candice has been a blessing because of the SUPPORT she [maybe unknowingly] offers me. Through these few times we have hung out we've gone over business aspects, business frustrations, life frustrations, moments of happiness, and best of all.. we have shared the art and love of photography. I look forward to our future "hangouts" and you might even see a team up of some sort ;)
